A reputation built on quality and trust
Micheal Conneely is a certified PHIUS builder; he began his construction journey working with his father, eventually founding Micon Construction in 1999, which evolved into today's Greenside Design Build—a premier custom home builder focused on high-performance construction.
John Fullard, a master carpenter from Ireland, brought his craftsmanship to Chicago more than 20 years ago. After working as a carpenter and foreman, he established his own carpentry contracting company before eventually joining forces with Micheal to create Greenside Design Build.
The team specializes in addressing Chicago's unique building challenges: brutally cold winters, hot, humid summers, and infamous wind patterns. This climate demands an approach to building design that’s capable of handling temperature extremes while also effectively managing moisture.
